Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Because many items are made to order, late cancellations cannot be accommodated.


Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items

Many of our products are made to order, including apparel and printed goods produced through third-party partners.

Due to the custom nature of these items:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color preference

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


Handmade & Custom Items

Handmade and custom items are created individually with care and intention.

Because of this:

  • All handmade and custom pieces are final sale

  • Orders cannot be canceled once work has begun

  • Custom orders are non-refundable

If you have questions before purchasing, please reach out—we’re happy to help ensure the item is right for you.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund when applicable.
